Returns

Important 

  • Before you start a return request, please read the following conditions and that the return conditions are fulfilled.
  • Please do not send back any items before your request is accepted.
  • Up to 20% restocking fee may apply for returns not due to mistakes on the part of Cinereplicas or due to damage in transit.

Return policies

What items are returnable?

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your package (excluding shipping time)
  • In original condition
  • In the original packaging with all hang-tags attached
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • If you return an item without an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number) or without meeting the above conditions, we will not honor the exchange/ refund.
  • Please note that free gifts, mystery packs and promotional items are not refundable nor returnable. 
  • We are not responsible of any damage that can be caused by a forwarder and can not exchange a product that you received by a third-party redirector
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

    Non-Delivery Issues

    In case of non-delivery of the entire order or of a part of the order:

    - If the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have 14 days from the date of delivery declared by the carrier to submit your claim.

    - If the package is NOT marked as delivered by the carrier, or encounters a delivery problem, and is not returned to the sender, you have 30 days from the shipping date to submit your claim.

    Any claims made after the delay stated above will not be accepted.

    Return processing time

    Returns will be handled as soon as possible upon their arrival at our warehouse, this may take up to 10 business days.

      Refund procedures

      • Send an email to support@cinereplicas.com specifying:
        • Your order number
        • The product(s) you wish to return
        • The reason(s) for which you wish to return
        • Attach photo(s) if applicable
      • Please wait patiently for our reply 
      • Wait until your return request is approved before you send back your items
      • If your return is approved, you will receive an approval email with a RMA# and return address.
      • Once your request is accepted, you will receive an approval email with a RMA# and shipping guidelines.
      • Please include your RMA# (printed or written on a blank paper) and send it along with your items. A return package without any valid RMA# will not be refunded.
      • We highly recommend you to send your package with a tracking number, or even better to send it as registered mail. We are not responsible and cannot proceed with the refund if the parcel is lost during the return process.
      • Send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt of your package.
      • Once we have inspected the return items, your refund will be proceeded. Your refund will be credited to your card of purchase. Please note that shipping fees paid by you are not refundable.
      • Please note that it might take up to 10 business days depending on the processing time among banks.
