Our Arcade Metal Bookmark takes inspiration from the arcade machine from the Palace Arcade. This is a standout location introduced in Stranger Things Season 2, capturing the spirit of 1980s nostalgia and the close-knit bond between the kids of Hawkins, Indiana. Located in the small town's downtown area, the arcade becomes a frequent hangout spot for Mike, Lucas, Dustin, and Will, offering a colorful and fun escape from the darker supernatural events unfolding around them. The walls glow with neon, and the air is filled with classic sounds from games like Dig Dug, Centipede, and Dragon’s Lair.

A key scene at Palace Arcade takes place in the opening episode of Season 2. The group arrives to play their favorite games, only to discover that someone has beaten Dustin’s high score on Dig Dug—and left the name “MADMAX” as the new champion. This sparks curiosity and introduces Max Mayfield, the mysterious new girl in town, who soon becomes an important part of their friend group.
